Account Deletion Process

If you would like to delete your Sponge account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. We take data privacy seriously and will ensure your information is permanently removed from our systems.

How to Delete Your Account

Send a Deletion Request

Email us at tony@twansoftware.com with your account deletion request.

Include Required Information

Please include the following in your email:

  • The email address associated with your Sponge account
  • Your full name (if provided in your profile)
  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Confirmation & Processing

We will confirm receipt of your request and process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been permanently deleted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Personal Information: Your email, name, and profile data
  • Study Data: All flashcards, study sessions, and progress tracking
  • AI Interactions: Chat history and tutoring sessions
  • Account Settings: Preferences and customizations
  • Usage Analytics: App usage statistics and behavior data

This action is irreversible

Once your account is deleted, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please make sure you have exported any important flashcards or study materials before requesting deletion.

  • Take a Break: Simply stop using the app without deleting your account
  • Export Your Data: Save your flashcards and study materials for future use
